My mom asked me about a way to put her computer to sleep at night, after she's fallen asleep while listening to a Podcast. I've been using command-line tools to do the same, but I thought I'd throw together something slightly friendlier. So, for those of you running Mac OS X, here it is.

Let me know if you have any suggestions for improvements, that you know how to implement. My AppleScript skills aren't particularly good; I find that while Perl is easy to write and difficult to read, AppleScript is the opposite.
